In Italy, we deliver in 2–4 business days with GLS or BRT. In Europe, delivery is 3–6 business days with DHL Express.

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using that code.

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The product must be intact and in its original condition. Write to us at hello@kiding.it and we will guide you through the process.

Once the return has been received and the product's condition verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Plastic releases microplastics. Over time and with direct contact with food, silicone can leach residues. 304 stainless steel is inert: it does not react, degrade, or release anything. It is the safest choice for children — and the most durable.

Yes. We use 100% BPA-free, tested and certified food-grade silicone. We use it where needed — grips, spouts, handles, the water bottle straw — never in direct contact with food.

Yes. Kiding fabric bibs comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: no harmful substances, tested for contact with children's skin.

Yes. Our products have been tested by SGS - a world leader in certification, present in over 140 countries - on steel, silicone, fabrics and plastic materials, in accordance with current European regulations (EU Reg. 10/2011, LFGB, REACH/SVHC). The certificates are issued under the name Kiding SRL and are available upon request.

It depends on the product. Stainless steel tableware is dishwasher safe, but we still recommend washing it under running water with neutral detergents to preserve its characteristics over time. For textile products, we recommend hand washing or machine washing at a low temperature – no tumble dryer – to preserve the material over time.
