Subscription and Data Processing Information — April 22, 2026

By subscribing to the Kiding newsletter, you enter a small world designed for parents who want the best for their children. No spam, no useless communications: only content that provides value.

1. What You Will Receive

With the Kiding newsletter, you will receive:

Early access to new products before their official launch.
Offers and promotions reserved for subscribers.
Content from the Kiding Journal: insights into materials, food safety, advice for weaning and growth.
Updates on shipments, new product ranges, and special initiatives.

We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not send you communications from commercial partners without your explicit consent.

2. Sending Frequency

Emails are sent approximately twice a month. We commit not to overload your inbox: every communication we send you must be worth your time.

3. How to Subscribe

You can subscribe to the newsletter in the following ways:

By filling out the subscription form in the footer of the kiding.it website.
By selecting the appropriate box during the purchase process.
Via any pop-ups or dedicated landing pages on the website.

Subscription requires confirmation via double opt-in: after entering your email address, you will receive a verification email. Your subscription is activated only after confirming by clicking on the link contained in that email.

4. How to Unsubscribe

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, free of charge and without providing reasons, by:

A written request to hello@kiding.it with the subject “Newsletter Unsubscribe”.

Unsubscription takes effect within 48 working hours. You may still receive some already scheduled communications during this technical processing period.

5. Processing of Personal Data

Subscribing to the newsletter involves the processing of your email address and, optionally, your name, by KIDING SRL as Data Controller.

Legal basis for processing: explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent is free, specific, and revocable at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before revocation.

Your data is stored until consent is revoked and is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It is transmitted to the email marketing service provider (indicated in the Privacy Policy) who acts as Data Processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
